Overlook — Available Now (Streaming Release June 12th)

Overlook, my reinterpretation of the iconic main title theme from The Shining, is available now exclusively on my website, with a full streaming release coming June 12th on all major platforms.

This piece explores a cinematic reimagining of one of horror cinema’s most recognizable themes. Rather than recreating it note for note, I approached it as an atmospheric arrangement built from synthesizers, evolving textures, and immersive sound design. The goal was to preserve the emotional weight and unease of the original while shaping it through my own creative perspective.

The original theme, adapted by Wendy Carlos and Rachel Elkind from Symphonie Fantastique, remains one of the most enduring pieces in film music history. This reinterpretation is my way of honoring that legacy while offering a new sonic lens on its atmosphere and emotion.
